Shay Islam has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hunter College. At Braze, as Manager, People Programs & Policies and Learning & Development Lead, Shay oversees the development of leadership and project teams, designs and delivers learning programs, and manages hiring processes. Previously, at American Corporate Partners, Shay held various roles such as Senior Manager, Programs and Manager, Programs, where they managed VIP mentorships, developed systems for program growth, and supervised team leads. Additionally, Shay has experience in medical consulting and human resources coordination.
