Stephen Brao

Stephen Brao is a project manager at Merck’s Global Engineering Solutions, focusing on delivering business case analyses for pharmaceutical capital projects. With experience leading multinational teams across the USA, Europe, and Latin America, they apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. They graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University, holding a double major in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and Spanish. Previously, Stephen has held various positions across well-regarded companies, including as Director of AI Deployment at Braze and in multiple internships that honed their technical and leadership skills.
