Tom Miller

Tom Miller is a seasoned professional in information security with extensive experience in leadership, risk management, and compliance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Information Security at Braze since 2017, Tom oversees a dynamic security team, develops comprehensive security policies, and has successfully led the company to achieve SOC 2 compliance and ISO 27001 certification. Previously, Tom held roles at Vodafone as a Technology Security Authority, where custom security solutions were designed for cloud services, and at Columbia Business School, where the first cloud-based business continuity program was established. Earlier career roles included managing the information security program at American Express Publishing and contributing in various capacities at Time Inc. Tom holds a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and English from Wesleyan University.
