Luke Springfield is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Brazeway since June 2022, Luke has previous experience as a Technical Services Manager at Fibertech Plastics, where oversight included quality, maintenance, and engineering departments. Luke's career at Brazeway spans nearly a decade, starting as a Manufacturing Engineer and progressing to Extrusion Engineering Manager, managing engineering personnel and process parameters for extrusion operations. Additional roles include Electrode Process Engineer at Century Aluminum, where responsibilities included process efficiency and employee training, and various part-time positions early in their career.
