Matthew Baker

Matthew Baker has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Matthew is currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Brazeway, a position they assumed in October 2021. Prior to this, Matthew held the role of Heat Transfer Development Manager at Brazeway from January 2016 to October 2021. Before joining Brazeway, they worked at Structural Concepts Corporation as a Product Engineer from April 2005 to January 2011. Matthew also gained experience as a Design Engineer at Superior Press and Automation from January 2004 to March 2005. Matthew started their career as a Summer Intern at BLD Products Ltd from May 2000 to August 2003.

Matthew Baker received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 1999 and 2003. Matthew later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Grand Valley State University from 2006 to 2008.
