Mike Clay

Mike Clay is the Vice President of Product and Manufacturing Engineering at Brazeway, a position held since 2023. Previously, Mike served as VP of Engineering and Quality at NN, Inc. and spent two decades at Autocam Corporation, where roles included Technical & Quality Director and Manufacturing Engineer. Mike's early career included positions as a Toolmaker and Specialty Machine Builder at CTM, Inc. They hold an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a BS in Manufacturing Engineering, and an AAS in Machine Tool Technology from Ferris State University, as well as studies in Accounting and Finance at Aquinas College.
