Kaitlyn Key has held several leadership and service roles, including President of the Chi Omega, Zeta Kappa Chapter, where operations were aligned with the organization's principles. As Personnel Chair, Kaitlyn planned programming to uphold Chi Omega Rules while fostering sisterhood. Experience as a Guest Services representative at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist involved supporting patients and enhancing visitor experiences. As an Independent International Business Consultant for X-Culture, Kaitlyn coordinated a global team to develop market expansion strategies. Prior experience at Emmer and Oat included managing customer service and social media. Currently, Kaitlyn serves as a Human Resources Assistant at BRC while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, expected to graduate in 2024.
