Katy Green possesses extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, beginning as a Microbiology Technician at Premier Foods from June 2010 to June 2012, where responsibilities included ensuring food safety standards and conducting sample analyses. Katy transitioned to roles of increasing responsibility, including Technical Controller at Oakfield Foods Ltd and later Technical Manager at Mikado Foods (UK) Ltd, where strategic documentation and accreditation were key achievements. Further expertise was gained as a Local & Regional/Branded Exclusive Technologist at Waitrose & Partners and as a Quality Manager (interim) at Beechdean Dairies, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards. Katy is currently serving as Standards Manager with BRCGS while also volunteering for various organizations. A Bachelor of Science in Biological Science was obtained from the University of Plymouth between 2007 and 2010.
