We are a premier product design firm located in Los Angeles. We provide design, development, and consulting services to clients who are ready to turn their ideas into world changing products.

When clients come to us for product design & development, they get access to a wide range of capabilities and technical expertise, but they also get relentless work ethic & outside the box thinking that leads to truly novel solutions.

In 2015, Sam Birchenough launched BRCHN Design House with the goal of propelling the product development industry years forward by redefining the concept-to-market design process. Built on relationships with technology innovators, we’ve paired the latest software & hardware toolsets with clean sheet thinking to develop a vastly more efficient process when compared to traditional industry standards. As a boutique design firm, we run four projects at a time; usually no less or more. The result is 70+ world class designs delivered to happy clients in consumer products, consumer packaged goods, medical, dental, transportation, furniture, and entertainment.
