Jackie Keter has over 15 years of experience in project management, logistics, customer service and account management. Jackie began their career at Cosmat Technologies in 2004 as a Channel Account Manager and later moved to OpenView Business Systems, where they served as a Client Relationship Executive and a Project Manager between 2005 and 2012. Jackie then joined Rifte to Cape Ltd. in 2012, where their responsibilities included fleet and logistics management, calendar management, and developing an effective escalation model. Jackie joined BRCK in 2017 as a Supervisor - Operations Support & Projects Coordinator, before moving on to become an Account Project Manager in 2019. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing projects, planning and budgeting resources, managing customer databases, and maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures.

Jackie Keter earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems & Technology with a minor in Networking from United States International University - Africa from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Jackie obtained two certifications, a Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) from Sama in August 2018 and an Account Management Certification from The CPD Qualifications Group in April 2016.
