David Andersen

David Andersen is the CTO and co-founder of BrdgAI, where David specializes in distributed systems, networks, storage, systems for machine learning, databases, and security-adjacent topics. David is also a Professor at Carnegie Mellon University, with expertise in blockchain and cryptocurrency mining. Previously, David has worked as a Visiting Scientist at Google focusing on deep learning and security of machine learning accelerators. David co-founded Marianas Labs, an early deep learning startup that was acquired by 1-Page. David has also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Arosnet Internet Svc, where David developed and led the third ISP in Utah. David holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Computer Science and Biology from the University of Utah.
