Tim Ager

Tim Ager is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the EMEA region, currently serving as VP of Sales at BreachLock, Inc. since February 2025. Prior to this role, Tim held leadership positions including Head of Sales at Hadrian and a fractional VP of Sales at Build38, where a significant 90% YoY revenue growth was achieved. Tim also demonstrated consistent success at Picus Security and Cymulate, leading both companies to impressive revenue growth rates of 90% and 70%, respectively. Earlier in their career, Tim served as VP of Sales and Managing Director at Osirium and Celestix Networks, with responsibilities that encompassed full P&L management and strategic growth initiatives. Tim's career began at InTechnology, where Tim managed a sales division, and Tim has a foundational background in strategic sales from their time at Ricoh Europe. Tim Ager holds a BA Hons in Archaeology from the University of Reading.
