Ben Steinberger has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Ben founded Cupola Law in 2021, where they serve as a fractional general counsel to startups, handling tasks such as preparing corporate governance documents, running board meetings, and drafting and reviewing business agreements. In 2022, they became the Chief Legal Officer at BreachQuest. In 2023, they joined TechGC as a member. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Associate at Tyson & Mendes, specializing in complex commercial litigation and products liability. Ben also served as an Attorney in antitrust and commercial litigation at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, where they were part of the trial team for a significant case. Before that, they worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court. Ben gained legal intern experience at Doar Rieck Kaley & Mack, LINCOLN SQUARE LEGAL SERVICES, INC., and Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C., where they also worked as a summer associate.

Ben Steinberger attended Lander College for Men from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Psychology. Ben then went on to attend Fordham University School of Law from 2015 to 2018, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Additionally, in June 2023, they obtained a certification in "CIPP/US Cert Prep: 1 U.S. Privacy Environment" from LinkedIn.
