Jeff Kalpakis

Jeff Kalpakis is a management and operations generalist with extensive experience in facilitating government operations and technical support. They currently serve as an advisor at The Hudson Valley Venture Hub, assisting early-stage startups with scalable operations, while also directing supply chain operations at Bread Alone Bakery. In previous roles, they successfully managed the Ulster County COVID Recovery Service Center and contributed to significant improvements in operational reporting and project management. Jeff has also held positions in talent acquisition, customer success, and volunteer coordination, showcasing their diverse skill set in both public service and the private sector. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology at the University of Rochester.
