Mark Fratus PMP has extensive experience in project management and operational leadership, currently serving as a Project Manager at Bread Financial since November 2012. Prior to this role, Mark was self-employed as a Project Manager and held key positions at improveit! 360 as Manager of Customer Success, overseeing a customer service program and CRM management. Mark's career also includes significant tenure at Afni, where responsibilities included leading an IT team for call center support and managing business systems, as well as senior operational roles in multi-site call center organizations. Earlier experience includes managerial positions in customer service and distribution strategy at 360 Communications, as well as roles at Wendy’s International and The Phone Works. Mark is a veteran of the United States Army and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Dayton.
