Roger Lammers

Roger Lammers is a seasoned professional in software development and financial engineering, currently serving as a Sr Mainframe Batch Developer at Bread since August 2018, where expertise in project life cycle methodology is applied to implement software solutions. With a robust background at L Brands from December 1992 to February 2018, Roger held multiple roles including Technical Consultant, Application Consultant, and Applications Manager, demonstrating leadership in project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as a focus on team performance evaluations.
