Sadie Scheffer is an accomplished entrepreneur and motivational speaker with extensive experience in business management and coaching. Currently serving as CEO of Hire Like A Badass since September 2023, Sadie focuses on helping founders develop effective hiring processes to enhance their businesses. As CEO of BREAD SRSLY LLC since August 2011, Sadie leads a team-centric company producing gluten-free and vegan sourdough breads with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork. In addition to these roles, Sadie is a small business coach and a motivational speaker, dedicated to teaching business leaders how to enhance their hiring and training processes for greater success.
