Eric Lohela

Eric Lohela is a strategic advisor and entrepreneur with a focus on the integration of technology and systems thinking. With 20 years of experience in civic innovation, Eric currently serves as the Global Director at Slalom, leading the Justice & Public Safety business across North America and EMEA. Previously, they held roles including ESG Programs Manager for the City of Santa Barbara and Consultant at SEW Consulting. Eric is also a cofounder of the Listen Institute in Costa Rica, which aims to explore new models for conservation through regenerative ecosystems and frontier technologies. They are pursuing degrees in Environmental Studies and Ethics and Public Policy at UC Santa Barbara.
