Mohmaed Wael

Mohmaed Wael is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and infrastructure development. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Breadfast since January 2023, Mohmaed provides guidance to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Previously, at MaxAB from November 2019 to December 2022, Mohmaed established the IT department's infrastructure and policies. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Service Team Lead at Amazon from March 2018 to October 2019, focusing on coaching, ticket monitoring, and managing complex cases. Mohmaed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cairo University, obtained in September 2018.
