Yonatan Floman began their work experience as a Restaurant Manager at Rustico in September 2008 until April 2011. Yonatan then worked as a Restaurant Manager at Toto Restaurant from April 2011 to August 2013. In September 2013, Yonatan became the CEO of Breads Bakery, where they are currently in that role.
Yonatan Floman pursued their education at Tel Aviv University. From 2006 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History. Following this, they continued their academic journey at the same university and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in the years 2007 to 2010.
