Alex McCulloch is a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Computer Engineering and a certificate in Sustainability. Previously, Alex served as a Software Engineer Intern at Conduction, where they focused on full-stack web development and user experience. In addition to their technical pursuits, Alex has worked as a swim coach, lifeguard, and server, gaining valuable skills in communication and leadership. They are currently a Fellow at Break Through Tech, selected from over 3,000 applicants, and are actively involved as the outdoors chair of the Pitt Climbing Team. Alex is passionate about leveraging AI and machine learning to develop innovative solutions, particularly in environmental sustainability and healthcare.
