Amal Bilal is an accomplished individual currently serving as a Break Through Tech Fellow at Break Through Tech, having been selected from over 3,600 applicants for the AI Program, where foundational skills in Machine Learning and AI were developed through an intensive curriculum. Prior experience includes participation in the Perry Outreach Program at NYU Langone Health, contributing as an IT Intern for the United Nations Development Programme to enhance an AI chatbot for employee assistance, and engagement as a scholar in the Stony Brook Simons STEM Scholars Program. Amal has also acted as a Senior Research Aide, providing academic support in Computer Science and Mathematics to over 120 students.
