Cali Kuang is currently an AI Fellow at Break Through Tech, selected from over 3,000 applicants for a year-long program that includes technical coursework and mentorship. Previously, they interned twice at Microsoft, where they contributed to developing AI-powered tools and improved diagnostic capabilities in GitHub Copilot. At UC Irvine, Cali has engaged in various roles, including as a Learning Assistant and Community Outreach Co-Chair for the Women in Information and Computer Sciences program, where they have organized outreach events for K-12 students. Cali is pursuing a degree in Computer Science at UC Irvine, expected to graduate in 2026.
