Joelle Asante is an undergraduate student at Virginia Tech, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science while actively engaging in various roles within the tech community. Currently, they serve as a Logistics Committee Member for VTHacks and as a GPS Spoofing Undergraduate Student Researcher at the Hume Center for National Security and Technology. Joelle has gained valuable experience as an AI Studio Fellow at Copy.ai and as an SEO Tech Developer, where they implemented AI solutions. They are also set to begin a Data Management Internship at Bloomberg in Summer 2025. Joelle has received recognition as an AI/ML Fellow with Break Through Tech, honing their skills in machine learning and ethical AI practices.
