Marvin Hoang is currently a computer science student at Boston University, where they focus on building impactful technology at the intersection of software engineering, data, and AI. As a Tech Lead at Urban Refuge since 2024 and a BTT AI Fellow at MIT, they actively engage in workshops and mentorship to enhance their technical skills and explore ethical AI practices. Previously, Marvin has worked as a Creative Programmer for Artists For Humanity and as a Google IT Mentee for the City of Boston in 2022. They have also completed a software and data engineering internship at GreenLight Biosciences, where they built web tools and data pipelines for scientific projects.
