Katie Allard has a diverse background in supporting individuals with various needs, having worked as a Support Worker at Break Charity and Norfolk County Council. Katie also has experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Playworker, and Bar Supervisor. Prior to their roles in support work, Katie worked as a Professional Musician with The Kabeedies. Katie Allard has received education from Norwich City College and New Eccles Hall School.
