Breaking Forth is a documentary film company dedicated to telling the stories behind businesses.

We specialise in cinematic legacy films that capture the people, values, and defining moments that shape a company. Our work goes beyond traditional corporate video - focusing on authenticity, emotion, and storytelling that lasts.

Founded by a Bachelor of Screen Arts graduate from Massey University, Breaking Forth is built on a foundation of professional film experience across all departments. This allows us to approach each project with a deep understanding of both the technical craft and the human story at its core.

We work closely with brands and family-owned businesses to create films that preserve their legacy, strengthen their identity, and connect with audiences in a meaningful way. Alongside long-form documentary work, we also produce short-form content designed to communicate key messages with clarity and impact.

Every story has a beginning. We exist to capture it.
