Heidi Schindel

Heidi Schindel is a Senior Computational Biologist at Breaking, where they apply their expertise in synthetic and computational biology to address global energy and materials challenges. Previously, Heidi served as a Senior Computational Biology Scientist at LanzaTech and worked as a synthetic biologist at Biomason. They have also held postdoctoral research associate positions at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Heidi earned degrees at Indiana University Bloomington, completing their education in 2017.
