BreakoutAI builds AI recruiting agents for scarce, high-value roles where normal LinkedIn and ATS search breaks down.

We help specialist recruiters, founders, and deep-tech hiring teams discover, evaluate, and explain candidates with source-backed evidence. Instead of sending bigger candidate lists, BreakoutAI maps the market: companies, labs, papers, GitHub, conferences, niche communities, co-authors, alumni, and adjacent technical networks.

Our agents create candidate dossiers with fit, viability, evidence strength, risks, outreach angles, and client-presentable summaries. Recruiters stay in control: no automated rejection, no automated outreach, and every recommendation is traceable to checked sources.

Use BreakoutAI when the search is narrow, technical, urgent, or strategically important: AI, robotics, GTM engineering, enterprise software, industrial tech, climate, biotech AI, and other rare-talent markets.

Outputs include market maps, ranked shortlists, evidence-backed candidate cards, hiring-manager calibration, and AgentFlow visibility into how the research was done.

BreakoutAI sits before the ATS and recruiter workflow: AI finds, verifies, ranks, and explains; humans decide, contact, screen, and close.
