Breakthrough is the leading firm in corporate and competitive strategy in the Andean Region.

We believe in challenging the conventional wisdom of our clients about themselves and the industries they compete in. We only do strategy, and we understand it as lively, penetrating, ongoing conversation that drives management teams to massive action, and which is what ultimately transforms firms.

For us strategy is action derived from choosing what industries to compete in and how to win in them. In order for choices to be relevant and powerful, we help clients view things in a different way. Our strategy cycle commands to learn, choose based on the new learning and act as a consequence the choices made. If the organization remains engaged in deep meaningful conversations they will come up with new learnings and the cycle will begin again.

We have helped many of the most important local groups transform their organizations, shape their local competitive environments, understand their value equation and grow profitably
