Lindse is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from Louisville, Kentucky, with more than 15 years of experience working in the field of behavioral health. She has dedicated much of her career to serving individuals with developmental disabilities, neuro-cognitive disorders, co-occurring conditions, and severe mental illness. Lindse has received multiple master’s degrees in applied behavior analysis and business administration. She was a participant in the Executive CEO Leadership training program with Universal Health Services Inc. and has spent the last five years working as a healthcare executive in both free-standing and acute care organizations. She has also received specialized training in Crisis Incident Stress Debriefing. Lindse loves collaborating with organizations on service-line expansion, corporate-compliance, and patient experience. In addition to her various leadership roles, Lindse is an adjunct professor for undergraduate and graduate psychology and ABA courses. She has also served as the President for the National Alliance for Mental Illness, Louisville Chapter; the Treasurer and State Representative for the Kentucky Association of Behavior Analysis Board; and as a Subject Matter Expert for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. As the Vice President of Provider Relations & Compliance at Breakthrough Behavior, Lindse builds collaborative relationships with strategic partners and develops quality compliance programs that align clinical and operational pillars. In her free time, Lindse loves going to the beach, exploring Florida with her husband and spending time with their three tea-cup Chihuahuas.
