Rachel Suberman

Director of Caregiver Empowerment at Breakthrough Behavior

Rachel holds a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) from the University of South Florida and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Florida. From a young age, Rachel has been passionate about working with children with differing backgrounds and unique circumstances. She began studying ABA in 2013 and developed a passion for the application of this science. Rachel has extensive experience as a clinical supervisor in the areas of early intervention and verbal behavior, caregiver training, and the assessment and treatment of problem behavior. With years of clinical experience, she is excited to bring an analyst's perspective to the role of Director of Caregiver Empowerment. Rachel is originally from Orlando, Florida, where her immediate and extended family live. Recently, Rachel spent a couple years working as a clinical supervisor in Atlanta, Georgia.
