Phyllis Elick

Phyllis Elick is the Managing Director of Programs at Breakthrough Collaborative, where they lead the Core Program Team and oversee strategic planning, grant management, and team events. Previously, they served in various roles at Breakthrough, including Senior Director of High School and College Bound Programs, where they expanded College Access and Success programs. Phyllis also worked as a Project GRAD Campus Coordinator and as a Resource Room Teacher at Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy, providing individualized support to students. They are currently pursuing degrees at Smith College and the University of Pennsylvania.
