Pooja Tanna is a medical professional with a diverse background in education, research, and patient care. Tanna served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, guiding freshman research projects and managing lab work. As a Research Assistant at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Tanna developed a research proposal on the impact of diet on dementia onset, while also assisting with patient care and clinical research. Currently, Tanna is a Resident Physician at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and continues to contribute as a Summer Intern and volunteer at the Breakthrough Collaborative, where significant improvements in student performance were observed.
