Aaron Kazam

Aaron Kazam has had a diverse range of roles in the real estate industry. Aaron started their career as a Junior Architect at GLUCK+ in 2009 and then moved on to work as an Architect at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) from 2010 to 2012. Aaron later joined Artimus as an Assistant Project Manager from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Summer Associate at Related Companies. Aaron then transitioned to Tishman Speyer, where they worked as an Associate from 2015 to 2017, and later as a Director from 2017 to 2019. Their most recent role was at Breakthrough Properties, where they served as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management from 2019 to 2020 and then as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions from 2020 to the present.

Aaron Kazam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from Cornell University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Furthermore, Aaron Kazam holds the certification of Registered Architect (R.A.) from the state of New York, which they have maintained since 2012.
