Eric Stadelmann

Eric Stadelmann has over a decade of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Eric currently holds the position of Senior Director of Design & Construction at Breakthrough Properties since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Real Estate Officer at MIT Investment Management Company from November 2019 to June 2021. Eric also worked as a Senior Construction Manager at Boston Properties from October 2011 to November 2019, and as an Assistant Project Manager at Equity Office Properties from May 2011 to October 2011.

From 2004 to 2009, Eric Stadelmann attended Northeastern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
