Lesley Chao

Lesley Chao began their work experience in 2004 at AIG as an Investment Accounting Manager. Lesley then moved on to Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC in 2005, where they served as an Operations and Accounting Manager. In 2006, Chao joined Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. as a Senior Vice President and worked there until July 2020. From July 2020 until December 2022, Chao held the position of SVP Finance at Breakthrough Properties. Lesley was then promoted to Executive Vice President of Finance in January 2023.

Lesley Chao has an MBA from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Additionally, they have attended the University of Southern California, although specific details about their degree or field of study at USC are not provided.
