Peter Oden

Peter Oden has a strong background in real estate with experience in portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions, and engineering. Peter currently holds the role of Vice President of Portfolio Management at Breakthrough Properties, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director of Portfolio and Asset Management at Breakthrough Properties from February 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Breakthrough Properties, Peter was the Vice President of Asset Management at Jamestown from September 2019 to January 2021. Peter also served as a Vice President of Acquisitions at Clarion Partners LLC from January 2018 to May 2019. Peter started their career at The Concord Group, LLC Real Estate Advisors as an Engagement Manager from August 2008 to May 2012. Peter also gained experience as a Field Engineer Intern at Heery International from June 2007 to September 2007.

Peter Oden completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Peter later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Wharton School from 2012 to 2014, with a focus on Finance and Real Estate.
