Steffan Giddins

Steffan Giddins is a driven and resourceful Chartered Building Surveyor, currently serving as the Director of Design & Construction (Europe) at Breakthrough Properties. Previously, Steffan held positions including Building & Construction Regional Lead and Project Director at Bruntwood SciTech, where notable projects included managing a £84 million refurbishment at the Alliance Manchester Business School. Steffan successfully completed an MSc in Commercial Building Surveying with Distinction from Liverpool John Moores University and has a strong focus on developing expertise in the commercial sector. In addition to their professional achievements, Steffan has facilitated the acquisition of skills and practical experience across various building surveying disciplines.
