Don Lyster

Don Lyster is a government relations professional and non-profit executive with over 15 years of experience leading advocacy campaigns and teams. They served as Chief of Staff for U.S. Congresswoman Hilda L. Solis and held key positions at the National Immigration Law Center and the National Immigration Forum. Currently, Don is the Senior Director of Government Relations at Breakthrough T1D, where they represent the organization’s interests before federal officials. They are pursuing a J.D. and a Graduate Certificate in Law & Public Policy from The Catholic University of America.
