Robert McGill

Robert McGill is an experienced senior executive with a strong background in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently a Board Advisor for Spectra Aerospace & Defense, they have previously served as the CEO after successfully leading its formation through a triple merger. McGill has held key positions, including VP/GM at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems and various roles at L-3 Communications, where they demonstrated significant business turnaround and growth capabilities. They are also a Georgia Chapter Board Member with Breakthrough T1D and currently act as an aerospace and defense private equity advisor. McGill holds an Executive MBA from Georgia State University.
