Breakthrough Women is a women-only business networking community for working women across Kent who want meaningful connection, honest conversation and real inspiration.

Founded by Sue Hainsby and Deborah Turner, Breakthrough Women was created from a simple but powerful belief: when women connect in the same room, share real experiences and see visible role models, confidence grows, and so does business.

We host quarterly, in-person networking events that bring together women from a wide range of industries, career stages and business backgrounds. 

Our events are designed to be welcoming, supportive and practical, no awkward pitching, no pressure to perform, just genuine conversation, learning and collaboration.
