Breasy | Redefining Wellness in Dubai

Breasy is not just another wellness concept — it’s a lifestyle movement built on science, community, and unforgettable experiences.

We bring together cold plunge therapy, immersive breathwork, yoga, fitness, and run clubs in Dubai’s most iconic locations — from beachside resorts like FIVE Palm Jumeirah and Fairmont The Palm, to breathtaking venues such as Aura Skypool and SAL at Burj Al Arab.

Our signature Floating Immersive Breathwork is unlike anything else: a transformative journey that combines ancient breathing techniques with modern neuroscience — helping people reset their nervous system, release stress, and unlock peak performance.

💡 Whether you’re an athlete, entrepreneur, or simply seeking balance, Breasy is designed to help you build resilience, sharpen focus, and connect with a like-minded community.

📈 Beyond individual sessions, we partner with leading hospitality brands, corporations, and cultural institutions to design team-building activations, retreats, and wellness experiences that leave lasting impact.

✨ At Breasy, wellness isn’t a trend — it’s a way of life.
