Michael Hoad

Michael Hoad has a diverse range of work experience in the film industry. Michael started their career in 2018 as a Producer, Writer, and Co-Director for the short film "Insurrection." In 2018, they also worked as a Film Director and Producer for Gymbox, where they wrote scripts, directed, produced, and designed post-production.

In 2020, Michael worked as a Director and Editor for Proportion Productions Ltd, where they were responsible for the action scenes in the feature film "The Gardener." Michael also worked as a Film Director for Jagged Edge Productions, directing the action sequences in the feature film "The Mutation."

In 2021, Michael directed and produced a documentary for Breath Hub - Your Breath Journey. In the same year, they worked as a Film Director and Editor for BK1 Consulting Ltd, overseeing the entire production process of the feature film "NIB."

In 2022, Michael worked as a Senior Video Editor for The SpineXchange, editing and completing sound design for numerous videos on their online platform.

In 2023, they worked as a Senior Video Editor for Breath Hub - Your Breath Journey, creating commercials for their app. Michael also served as the Action Director for a feature film produced by EMRJ Entertainment, where they designed the action and collaborated closely with the director, producers, and actors.

Michael Hoad has a diverse educational background. In 2003, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University. Michael further pursued their education and received a Master's degree in Applied Sport Science from the University of Surrey in 2009.

In 2012, Michael attended two institutions. First, they studied Mandarin Chinese at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they achieved HSK Level 2 Listening and Reading certification. Later that year, they focused on the speaking aspect of Mandarin Chinese at SOAS University of London, earning HSK Speaking certification.

Most recently, in 2019, Michael attended the London Film School and undertook various courses related to film production. Michael explored the field of Directing Commercials and took a course titled "Character Is Story." Additionally, they obtained knowledge on how to manage a Production Company through a course called "How to Setup and Run a Production Company."
