Breathe Consulting is a specialist recruitment partner to London marketing agencies | Helping them find the right talent, faster

Founded in 2016 by Martin Shellaker and Rob Dunnill, Breathe was built on a simple belief: agencies deserve a more thoughtful, professional and transparent recruitment experience.

With deep roots in the marketing communications sector, we understand first-hand the pressures agencies face when building teams - from protecting client relationships to hiring talent that can genuinely drive growth.

We support agencies across mid to senior hires in:
• Strategy & Planning
• Account Handling / Client Services
• Project Management
• Business Development
• Creative Services

Our approach is consultative and relationship-led. We work closely with agency leaders to understand not just the brief, but the context behind the hire - team dynamics, growth plans and cultural fit.

How we typically help:
✔ Growth and scale hiring
✔ Confidential replacement searches
✔ Team structure and succession planning
✔ London salary benchmarking and market insight

Whether supporting independent agencies or network businesses, our focus remains the same: helping clients hire the right people with confidence, and helping candidates make well-informed career moves.
