Breathing Space Counselling was founded in 2016 by two Master Therapeutic Counsellors, Nasreen Gulamhusein & Shahaa Kakar. We offer in-person and online counselling for individuals and couples. We also offer support groups and workshops for the wider community. Our offices are located in Port Moody, BC.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
We offer counselling for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, self worth, relationship difficulties, life transitions and more. 

RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING
We offer counselling for couples facing communication issues, struggles with emotional or physical intimacy, betrayals, parenting issues, relationship crossroads and more. 

ONLINE COUNSELLING
Access individual or relationship counselling with a Registered Therapist from the comfort of your own space – via Zoom (video sessions) or telephone. 

SUPPORT GROUPS & WORKSHOPS
Community events designed to create a safe space for the community around us to connect and have access to support and resources, especially during times of struggle.
