Luis Bravo

Luis Bravo is the Chief Risk Officer – ERM Director at BRECA and the founder of Kindynos Consulting. Luis has over 20 years of experience in risk management and has held various positions in both the public and private sector.

Bravo began their career in the insurance industry, working for 12 years at Pacífico Seguros. Luis eventually became the Managing Director of Enterprise Risk Management and was responsible for supervising 21 people. During their time at Pacífico Seguros, Bravo led the development of the company's first risk appetite statement and business continuity plan. Luis also structured investment lines and fast-track models that enabled the company to take advantage of local debt securities.

In 2016, Bravo left Pacífico Seguros to join Breca Corporation as an ERM Consultant. Luis was promoted to Chief Risk Officer – ERM Director two years later. In their current role, Bravo is responsible for leading and advancing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function within the corporation. Luis has performed risk management maturity assessments based on international best-practices and has identified improvement opportunities for the group and its companies.
