Brechtel Hospitality is a New Orleans–based hospitality development and management company creating distinctive dining, entertainment, and lodging experiences that reflect the spirit of Southern culture and craftsmanship.

Our portfolio brings together a mix of nationally recognized franchises and original, experience-driven brands. From Copper Vine Wine Pub & Inn, an elevated wine-centric gastropub with boutique lodging in downtown New Orleans, to Fulton Alley, a social gaming venue blending upscale bowling and craft cocktails, and Vintage Rock Club, an immersive nightlife destination celebrating the golden eras of rock. We also operate Bonfire Events + Catering, a full-service catering and event production company serving the Gulf South. In addition, Brechtel Hospitality proudly operates franchise locations of Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux and Small’s Sliders.

At Brechtel, we believe hospitality is more than great food or service—it’s about creating moments that connect people and place. Our team of passionate operators, creatives, and innovators is committed to delivering excellence, building community, and redefining modern Southern hospitality. Guided by innovation, integrity, and attention to detail, Brechtel Hospitality continues to grow its family of restaurants, venues, and boutique hotels—where every guest feels welcomed, inspired, and at home.
