John Lay

John Lay currently serves as the Technical Products Manager at Breedon Group plc since May 2021. Prior to this role, John Lay held multiple positions at CEMEX from 1998 to April 2021, including Head of Product Quality, Product Quality Director for Cement and Building Products, and National Technical Manager. Between 1990 and 1998, John Lay worked at RMC as the Chief Chemist. John Lay earned a BSc in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield from 1981 to 1984.
