Ian Spencer

Ian Spencer has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations management across various industries, including recycling and landfill management. Currently, as Sales and Marketing Manager at Breen Resources since November 2012, Ian oversees all sales relations and pricing strategies. Simultaneously, as Manager at Breen Holdings, responsibilities include site management of landfill and recycling operations, staff training, budget management, and compliance with regulations. Previous roles include managerial positions at Achieve Australia, Alexander Landfill, Astron Plastics, Visy Recycling, and Boral, where Ian developed a strong foundation in operational leadership, strategic planning, and profit improvements. Ian holds an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors from UNSW.
